I like {{Cosmonach}}. I feel like it’s not non-vanilla+ though, but more non-vanilla+ than Adamant etc. It mostly feels like the vanilla perk but with more perks expanding upon vanilla. New perks are generally additive and not replacers. I like it because most of my favourite vanilla builds work on it still but I get to have more power/flair.
Adamant aims to be a streamlined, Vanilla+ perk overhaul that feels like it could have been shipped with the Vanilla game, whereas Ordinator intendeds to add new and interesting gameplay elements that aren't present in the base game. If you are tempted to use words like "gimmicks" to describe Ordinator, then Adamant might be for you. The "New Perk Tree" option in SPO is actually almost exactly the same as how Adamant does it; it's split into crafting perks and improvement perks, so the progression would be nearly the same.
