It crashes litterally every 1-3 minutes in downtown Boston, the area with most quests in the entire game. Hope this gets fixed in the next gen update, if it ever comes out. Bethesda are the kings of bugs and poor optimized games. There are no mods or any other workarounds to solve the Boston crashing.
