EAC Works dine in proton experimental beta (bleeding edge) in my test, just need to enable the beta. Go to library - Tools - Proton experimental -right click - Properties. Go to the beta tab, select the bleeding esge beta and reload steam. Boot elden ring in compatilibilty mode for proton experimental and Anticheat loads no issue.

soooooo anyone getting this issue after the patch?? i literally just helped my bf beat maliketh and i can't even log in. we laughed it off as a dumb issue but it became less funny when it wouldn't let me get back online. restarted the game, steam and computer and the issue persisted. thinking it might be an issue with the anti-cheat? just not sure if there is an increase in players seeing this ...

On the title screen it will say "Inappropriate activity detected, starting in offline mode" if you try to log in to the server because Easy Anti-Cheat is not running. This is normal and means that the mod is working as intended. Simple offline launcher.
